Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, will move to a new office in lower Queen Anne this fall. Its new home is in the Queen Anne Station building at 415 First Ave. N. Construction is expected to begin this summer, with an early November 2014 move-in.
The company has built several landmark projects in Seattle, including the majority of buildings for the 1962 World’s Fair and the Space Needle.
The new office will have views of the company’s Seattle legacy from a large, multifunctional hub.
The company employs more than 200 people and has been located in South Lake Union for more than 80 years.
