The following approvals are required: Environmentally Critical Area Variance to allow intrusion into the steep-slope area; Environmentally Critical Area Variance to reduce the required front yard; Environmentally Critical Area Variance to reduce steep-slope area buffer. Building and demolition permits may be needed but were not included in this application. Written comments accepted through April 16.

901 MONTANA CIRCLE (3016942) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into nine unit lots in an environmentally critical area. Existing residential units to remain. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approvals are required Short Subdivision to create nine unit lots in an environmentally critical area; SEPA environmental determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application.
