Parking for three vehicles will be located in a detached garage. Existing structure to be demolished. Review includes future unit-lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). (3017290) for Shoreline Substantial Development application to allow five new floats and 10 steel piles to support new moorage for emergency-response fire-and-rescue boats to accommodate Fire Station No. 32 and the relocation of Seattle Fire Department, Station No. 5. Access to the fireboat moorage will be provided by a gangway. Project includes three modular structures for crew and equipment. Review includes shoreline restoration and improvements. The following approvals are required: Shoreline Substantial Development to allow a public facility in the UI Shoreline environment; SEPA environmental determination. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Unit Lot Subdivision to create two unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application.
