The Department of Planning and Development (DPD) has released its summary from the CamWest/Toll Bros. Early Design Review Board meeting.

CamWest/Toll Bros. presented its design to the review board on Dec. 18. The developer plans to turn the former Seattle Children’s Home site (901 W. McGraw St.) into 59 town- and row houses.

The summary highlights the parts of the design that the board would like the developer to improve upon. It also includes the board’s comments on those design elements from the session immediately following the meeting. CamWest/Toll Bros will need to present before the board at least one more time before it gets its approval.
