Permit applications

408 W. FULTON ST. (3016441) for a Land Use Application to allow two three-story residential structures: one single-family and a two-unit townhouse (3 units total) in an environmentally critical area. Garage parking for three vehicles to be provided. Environmental Review includes future unit-lot subdivision. The following approval is required: SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.) Building permit may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Jan. 8.

3247 21ST AVE. W. (3016559) for a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into four unit lots. The construction of residential units is being reviewed under Project No. 6383637. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following approval is required: Short Subdivision to create four unit lots. Water Availability Certificate may be needed but was not included in this application. Written comments accepted through Wednesday, Jan. 8.

531 QUEEN ANNE AVE. N. (3014863) for a Land Use Application to allow a two-story structure with office space above retail space. Parking for 33 vehicles to be provided below-grade. Project also includes grading. Existing structures to be demolished. The following approvals are required: Design Review; SEPA environmental determination. (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.) Design reviews

3250 21ST AVE. W. (3015662) of two three-unit townhouse structures (total of two structures and six new units). Parking for six vehicles will be provided on the site. Existing single-family residence to be demolished.

The DPD director will accept written comments to assist in the preparation of the early design guidance through Wednesday, Jan. 8. Comments regarding important site planning and design issues that should be addressed in the design for this project are welcome. This is the only opportunity to comment on this proposal. Comments should be submitted to PRC@seattle.gov or City of Seattle, DPD, PRC, 700 Fifth Ave., Suite 2000, P.O. Box 34019, Seattle, WA 98124-4019.

Following the public comment period, the DPD will issue a written design guidance report, which will consider public comment and the applicable citywide and neighborhood specific Design Guidelines and serve as the basis for further review of the building permit. Once the applicant has incorporated the design guidance into the proposal they may apply for a building permit. No public notice of the building-permit application will be provided.
