2123 WAVERLY PLACE N. (3016545) on a Land Use Application to subdivide one development site into two unit lots. The construction of residential units has been approved under Project No. 6363925. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Short Subdivision to create two unit lots conditionally granted. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than March 3.

2520 WESTLAKE AVE. N. (3015717) on a Land Use Application to allow a change of use of building from marine retail sales and service to boat club. The following appealable decision has been made based on submitted plans: Determination of Non-Significance (no Environmental Impact Statement required). Environmental review completed, and no conditions imposed. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. The comment period was originally published on Oct. 24, 2013, and there is no further comment period on this DNS. The hearing examiner must receive appeals of this decision no later than March 3.

Parking for two vehicles to be provided within the structure. Comments regarding site planning and design issues that should be addressed in the design for this project are welcome. This is the only opportunity to comment on this proposal.
