Constituents are invited to attend the annual 36th District Legislative Action Day in Olympia on Monday, Feb. 17 (Presidents’ Day).

Participants can talk about issues being discussed this session or bring concerns to the attention of the legislators during informal meetings with Sen. Jeanne Kohl-Welles and Reps. Reuven Carlyle and Gael Tarleton.

The day begins at 10 a.m. with hot drinks, snacks and a preview of the activities in Room B-10 of the John L. O’Brien Building.

From 12:15 to 1:30 p.m., the three legislators will speak with constituents during a brown-bag lunch.

Capitol tours can be arranged, and the room will be available from 10 a.m. to 1:30 to be used as a home base.

Hot drinks and snacks are provided, but participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch.
